Thanks once again to: the Cargil Cares grant program with the help of portable kennels supplies - Brian at TSC for having enough additional fencing supplies and animal care products to take care of the dogs - Dr. Barb Looysen and Lisa for the on location vet care - Becky, Tammy and Michelle for the grooming talents. Also, Thanks to the volunteers for setting up and helping with the animals, Becky, Donna, Linda, Kaye, Carol, Jim, Brandy. These animals are now on their way to happier lives and wonderful homes.

Disneyland and Walt Disney World want to inspire one million people to volunteer a day of service to a participating organization in their communities. So they are celebrating these volunteers' good works by giving each of them a 1-day, 1-theme park ticket to the Disneyland® Resort or Walt Disney World® Resort, free. There's no better time to make a dream come true for others and let us make a few come true for you. Prairie Paws Rescue volunteers can arrange to perform their regular volunteer duties ( fostering and meet and greets)

Volunteers can perform a Needs List Collection. To complete the Needs List Collection, 10 items from the Needs List must be delivered to a Prairie Paws Board member. The delivery of the donation must be accepted and verified by a board member. Each family member who is interested in completing this volunteer activity will need to donate 10 items (i.e., a family of 4 will need to donate 40 items from the Needs List). Once this is done, Prairie Paws Rescue will confirm that the Needs List Collection has been completed and you will need to complete the information at the Disney web site.
